BEFORE BREAKFAST

  • You can take 2 oranges, 2 apples, a large grapefruit, 2 pears or anything similar.
  • Add a handful of hazelnuts, almonds or nuts to your breakfast.

LUNCH

DINNER

AFTER DINNER

  • Prepare green tea, 1 liter of water with 4 bag of green tea and drink it before bedtime.
